Поставьте глаголы в правильную форму.

That reminds me of the problem we had with our new milk carton. We (introduce) it a few months earlier and it (become) popular with customers. People said they (buy) it, because their friend (recommend) it. Then we (change) to a new supplier who promised (be) cheaper and we (start) to get lots of complains. Customers said that they (can not) easily open it. We were surprised about the problem because our expert said that he (test) it. In the end we decided to go back to our original supplier. In the meantime, our market department reported that we (loose) a lot of customers. The executive said we (should) be very careful about choosing suppliers for packaging.
