Мраморный кольматант (Микромрамор, микрокальцит) - представляет собой карбонат кальция, измельченный до тонкодисперсного состояния. Продукт, очищенный от примесей, имеет белый цвет. Измельчение проводится струйным, механическим или утльразвуковым методом, с последующей сепарацией. Микромрамор ценится за свою утяжеляющую способность. Использование карбонатного утяжелителя (микромрамора) позволяет достигать плотности бурового раствора до 1.70 г/см3. Также микромрамор не выпадает в осадок при низких напряжениях сдвига, его применение позволяет успешно противостоять механическому давлению окружающего грунта, а проницаемость коллектора можно восстановить практически полностью с помощью кислотной обработки. Эти уникальные свойства активно используются для повышения плотности буровых растворов на нефтяной основе при бурении нефтяных и газовых скважин. [d63]
Микромрамор широко применяется и других областях (читать далее) С его применением изготавливают лакокрасочные продукты (лаки, краски, эмали, пигментные пасты), пластмассовые изделия (поливинилхлорид, полиэфирные волокна, полиуретан), резинотехнические (износостойкая, эластичная резина) элементы, требующие высокой стойкости к химическим, температурным и атмосферным воздействиям. Микромрамор нашел применение в производстве покрытий электродов, зеркал, стекол, бумаг. В строительстве – приготвовление сухих смесей, клеев, шпаклевки, герметиков, грунтовки, мастики; как чистящие порошки в бытовой химии и даже при производстве напольных покрытий (линолеум, ковры, искусственная кожа).[d64]
Преимущества микромрамора заключаются в его невысокой цене, высокой стабильности химических свойств. Микрокальцит создает гидроизолирующую прослойку, может служить универсальным белым наполнителем.

Сидерит – карбонат железа, бурый минерал осадочного происхождения.[d74]
Тонкодисперсный порошок получают измельчением струйными механическими и ультразвуковыми методами, с последующим внедрением модифицирующих добавок. В основном применяется для утяжеления в нефтяной и газовой промышленности для утяжеления буровых растворов. [d75]
Особенностью нашего утяжелителя является высокая растворимость в кислотах, обеспечивающая практически полное восстановление проницаемости коллектора (до 94%). [d76] Также сидерит позволяет продлить срок службы оборудования за счет низкой абразивности. Совместим со всеми основными типами буровых растворов и обеспечивает получение необходимой плотности в малоглинистых, глинистых, гидрогелевых и безглинистых полимерных растворах. Галенитовый утяжелитель – тонкоизмельченный порошок сульфида свинца, полученный струйным, механическим или ультразвуковыми методами. [d17]Barite (barium sulfate, from the Greek word “baris”, which means heavy) is a natural mineral; it is also referred to as spar. Pure barite is white, but depending on impurities it has a wide range of colors: grey, red, yellow, grayish brown, whity-brown. Barite is transparent to translucent with white or pearly luster. Beautiful barite crystals can be found; more often they are tabular, less often – prismatic. “Barite roses” are often considered to be aesthetically pleasing. Barite crystals are mostly of hydrothermal origin, they deposit in cracks with fluorite, calcite, pyrite, siderite and other minerals. Sometimes barite crystals are found in bedded sedimentary rocks. Barite concentrate is extracted from ore through crushing, drying and grinding with preliminary chemical treatment or without it. Gravitational method of concentrate preparation has a range of advantages: barite doesn’t contain any impurities (floatation reagents) and doesn’t have any toxic properties.
[d18]The main consumers of barite concentrate are oil and gas industries, which use barite as weighting material to increase density of drilling muds.
[d19]In construction industry barite is used to prepare heat-resistant and weighted cement, which is stable in aggressive environments; and also heavy weight concrete applied under high moisture conditions, in swampiness and even under the water.

Crushing is carried out by jet, mechanical and ultrasonic methods, followed by separation. Crushed marble is valued for its ability to weight drilling mud. Use of carbonate weighting material (crushed marble) allows to reach mud density up to 1.70 g/cm3. Also crushed marble doesn’t flocculate in case of low shear stress; its application allows to resist mechanical pressure of surrounding soil, with acid treatment reservoir permeability can be built up practically to the full.

Paint materials (varnishes, paints, enamels, pigment pastes), plastic products (polyvinylchloride, polyester fibers, polyurethane), rubber technical (wear-resistant, elastic rubber) elements, which required high chemical, thermal and weather resistance, are produced. Crushed marble finds use in production of coating for electrode, mirrors, glasses, papers. [d83]Galena weighting material is a fine-divided powder of lead sulfide prepared by jet, mechanical and ultrasonic methods. Natural mineral has iron-grey color; sometimes it is grey with bluish tint. The mineral is also called “lead glance”. It is used in construction of gas and gas-condensate wells allowing to prepare extra-heavy drilling mud. The mineral possess low abrasive ability and low chemical reactivity.
