Цель и задачи урока:
Цель: изучение темы «Интересы и хобби».
Задачи:
1 Расширять лексический запас обучающихся по теме «Интересы и хобби» через ознакомление с лексикой и чтение текстов и диалогов по теме.
2 Актуализировать знания по теме «Present Perfect».
3 Способствовать развитию навыка говорения через обсуждение темы “My favourite hobby” и “My friends interests”.
4 Продолжать формировать навык беглого чтения на английском языке.
5. Способствовать формированию у обучающихся интереса к новым занятиям.
Методы:
Наглядности, словесный (беседа), практические (упражнения, чтение), метод игры (кроссворд).
Оборудование: таблица с кроссвордом на тему «Хобби».
Учебник английского языка для 8 класса “Spotlight”, предназначенный для учащихся школ.

Ход урока
1 Оргмомент
- The bell has rung, good morning, pupils, take your seats. Who is absent? Who is on duty? So, let’s start.
2 Сообщение темы и целей урока.
The topic of our lesson is “Hobbies and interests”. We’ll repeat different kinds of hobbies, read a new text and repeat the material on grammar topic “Present Perfect”.
3 Говорение
What kinds of hobbies do you know? (reading, swimming,playing tennis and so on). Let’s check your knowledge using the game. Look at the blackboard and find words, connected with the topic of our lesson. Go to the blackboard one by one and write down the words that you have found.
What is your favourite hobby? What are your friend's hobbies? Would you like to learn how to do something new?

- Hello! Today we are having an interesting competition between the pupils of eight forms of our school.
