INFORMATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT

DEAR COLLEAGUES!

S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University holds an international research and practice conference “IX Toraighyrov readings” on November 17, 2017. Scholars, teachers, doctoral students, Master’s degree students and students (co-authored by the advisor) are invited to participate in the conference.

At the conference it is planned to consider the actual problems of various industries and modern science in the following sections:

Conference languages: Kazakh, Russian, English and German.

For publication in the collection of conference materials, the article must be sent till October 25, 2017 to the email of the executive secretary. The article and the registration form must be sent by one letter and named after the author's name (in case of co-authorship by first name).

Requirements for the materials design:

· the volume of the article should not exceed 5 full pages (including pictures) in A4 format, typed in the editor Microsoft Office Word (2003, 2007, 2010);

· Prints Times New Roman, KZ Times New Roman (12 pt); interval - single, margins: upper - 2.5 cm, lower - 2.5 cm, left - 3 cm, right - 2 cm, indentation - 1 cm;

· pages are not numbered;

· on the top of the page - the title of the report, below it, after one interval, author's surname and initials, position, academic degree, place of work and city in lower case, then, text after one interval;

· formulas must be executed in the Microsoft Equation formula editor, pictures (black and white, no shades), scanned in JPEG, JPG format, not less than 300 dpi;

· literary references in the text are numbered in the order of the mention and the list of references is given at the end of the article. References to the literature in the text are marked with ordinal numbers in square brackets, when quoting directly, it is necessary to specify the source page (for example: [1, page 12]). In the case of repeated references to the same source, it is indicated in the list of literature once; an exception is made or collections of articles, provided that they are referred to different authors of this collection. If the number of authors of the work is not more than 4, then all authors are indicated; In the case of a larger number of authors, the first three are indicated, followed by the phrase "et al.".

The scientific article should correspond to the subject of the section, be original, currently important, have scientific novelty, validity of the assumptions, correspond to the rules of spelling, punctuation.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject articles that do not correspond to the directions of the conference, filled in contravention of these requirements or received after October 25, 2017.

Example of article filling:

После получения положительного ответа для включения статьи в сборник, необходимо произвести оплату организационного взноса через отделения «Народный Банк Казахстана», «Евразийский банк». Электронную копию квитанции об оплате необходимо представить в течение трех дней на электронную почту ответственного секретаря. Стоимость одного сборника для ученых составляет 3000 тенге, для магистрантов и студентов – 2500 тенге. Взнос для участников из стран СНГ и дальнего зарубежья – 3000 тенге. Оплата организационного взноса обязательно производится за каждую статью. При оплате сделать пометку на квитанции «ІX Торайгыровские чтения».

Выдача сборника осуществляется при придъявлении оригинала квитанции. Для иногородних участников по вопросам выдачи сборника обращаться по нижеуказанному телефону оргкомитета.

Information on a positive or negative decision to publish an article will be sent to your e-mail address till October 25, 2017 by executive secretary.

After receiving a positive response for inclusion of the article in the collection, it is necessary to pay the organizational fee through the offices of "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan", "Eurasian Bank". An electronic copy of the payment receipt must be submitted within three days by e-mail of the executive secretary. The cost of one collection for scientists is 3000 tenge, for Master’s degree students and students is 2500 tenge. The fee for participants from CIS countries and abroad is 3000 tenge. Payment of the organizational fee is required for each article. When making a payment, make a note on the receipts "ІX Toraighyrov readings".
