Акцент
Акцент музыкальный – это ударение, падающее на так называемые сильные моменты такта. При синкопах акцент переносится с сильного времени на слабое. Музыкальные акценты ставятся на первую часть такта. При четном размере акценты падают на нечетные части такта, например, при четырехдольном такте – на первую и третью части. При трехдольном размере каждая группа из трех нот имеет ударение на первой. Такие акценты называются грамматическими. Бывают акценты, применяемые вне вышеизложенных условий, на других частях такта. Подобного рода акценты называются ритмическими.
Третий род акцентов называется эстетическим (патетическим).
Все три рода акцентов применяются в вокальной музыке; в инструментальной же имеют место акценты грамматический и ритмический.

Темп
Скорость движения музыкального произведения называют темпом. По ходу произведения темп может изменяться.
Всё это задаёт выразительность произведения. Можно играть не просто быстро — медленно, но и ускоряя, запаздывая и т.д.
Обозначение темпа
Темп преимущественно обозначают итальянскими словами. Встречаются обозначения и на русском языке. Также можно задать темп по метроному. Записывается темп над нотным станом в самом начале произведения, а также в тех местах, где темп меняется.
Три основные группы темпов
Все темпы разделены на три группы: медленные, умеренные и быстрые темпы.
