МЕТОДИЧЕСКИЕ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ.
В разделе 1 аудирование (LISTENING) дается два задания: a), b). Предусмотрены записи для каждого задания. В записи не предусмотрены паузы для прочтения текста задания. Поэтому требуется дать учащимся 30-40 секунд перед прослушиванием для ознакомления с текстом задания. После однократного прослушивания звуковой дорожки со словами Exercise 1 a) в названии необходимо предоставить уч-ся пятнадцать-двадцать секунд для выполнения первого упражнения и затем включить звуковую дорожку со словами Exercise 1 b) в названии. Вторую дорожку дать прослушать тоже один раз.
Рекомендации по оцениванию ответов по аудированию. Рекомендуется оценить каждый правильный ответ в задании а) одним баллом. Каждый правильный ответ в задании b) – двумя баллами. Максимальное количество баллов за аудирование – 15.
Reading – максимальное количество баллов 15. Задание проверяется по ключам.
Каждый правильный ответ в первом задании оценивается в 1 балл. Во втором задании рекомендуется оценивать правильный ответ – 2 балла За неверный ответ или отсутствиеответа выставляется 0 баллов.
Рекомендации по оцениванию лексико-грамматических заданий. Каждый правильный ответ в упражнении 1 (1-15) рекомендуется оценить двумя баллами, т.к. это задание повышенной сложности. Каждый правильный ответ в упражнении 2 (16-30) оценивается одним баллом. Каждый правильный ответ в упражнении 3 (31-40) оценивается двумя баллами как задание повышенной сложности. Максимальное количество баллов за лексико-грамматические задания – 65.
Writing – максимальное количество баллов 10. Задание оценивается по Критериям оценивания.
При подведении итогов баллы за все конкурсы суммируются.

Woman: Good morning! University Language Centre. How can I help you?
Man: I’m interested in doing a language course. I did Mandarin last year and now I’d like to do Japanese. Can you give me some information about what courses are available at your centre and when they are.
Woman: Yes, certainly. Well, we actually offer a number of courses of Japanese at different levels. Are you looking for full time or part time?
Man: Oh! I couldn’t manage full time as I work every day but evenings would be fine and certainly preferable to weekends.
Woman: Well, we don’t offer courses at the weekend anyway, but let me run through your options. We have a 12-week intensive course, three hours three nights a week – that’s our crash course! Or an 8-month course two nights a week.
Man: I think the crash course would suit me best as I’ll be leaving for Japan in six months’ time.
Woman: Are you a beginner?

Woman: Well, we offer the courses at three levels, beginners, lower intermediate and upper intermediate, though we don’t always run them all. It depends very much on demand.

Man: No – I’d prefer this course.
