The fourth international conference "The Phenomenon of Alchemy in the History of Science, Philosophy, and Culture" will be held on October 7-10, 2021. The Organizing Committee of the conference invites scholars studying the phenomenon of alchemy to share the results of their research.
The great influence exerted by alchemy on the development of science, art, philosophy in the West and East makes it a promising field of scientific understanding. Research interest is represented by historical, psychological, art, cultural interpretations of Alchemy.
The objectives of the conference organizers: to bring together specialists studying various aspects and directions of alchemy; Creating a platform to share scientific experience forming new research in this area. Participation in the conference is interesting for cultural scientists, religious scholars, specialists in esoteriology, art historians, historians and orientalists.
The first and second conferences "The Phenomenon of Alchemy in the History of Science, Philosophy, and Culture" were held in Vyazma (Smolensk region) in 2012 and 2013, and the third conference was held in 2015 in Smolensk. The fourth conference will be held online on the Zoom with the support of the educational project "Esoteric Studies".
The fourth international conference is dedicated to the memory of Ph.D. Yuri F. Rodichenkov (02.06.1966-03.02.2021) - one of the leading Russian experts in the study of the history of alchemy. He came up with the idea of holding conferences "The Phenomenon of Alchemy in the History of Science, Philosophy and Culture", he was the main organizer of the first three conferences "The Phenomenon of Alchemy in the History of Science, Philosophy and Culture", and also took an active part in the preparation for the fourth conference.
As a result of the conference, it is planned to publish a collection of scientific articles included in the RSCI.

The registration fee from the conference participants is 800 rubles (Russia, CIS countries) and 15 euros (other countries). A personal certificate of participation is paid at will an additional 200 rubles. For ASEM members 500 rubles (Russia, CIS countries) and 10 euros (other countries).
For conference participants, a printed collection is included in the fee.
Members of the organizing committee are exempt from paying fees.
For listeners, participation is paid for 4 days of the conference: 1000 rubles, (15 euros). 1 day of the conference 300 rubles (5 euros). The certificate of participation is paid separately, the cost is 200 rubles. The collection is paid separately 400 rubles. For listeners from among the members of the ASEM a 10% discount.
Free permanent access to video materials following the conference will be organized for participants and listeners.
