Задание 1 Прочитайте и переведите текст.
Миллионы людей по всему миру обожают путешествовать. Мы путешествуем, потому что мы хотим видеть другие страны, современные города, посещать исторические места и руины древних городов, знакомится с новыми людьми и пробовать национальные кухни всех стран. Причины, почему люди путешествуют, могут быть достаточно разными. Хотя люди обычно путешествуют, чтобы насладится колоритом мест, или просто для перемены места. Всегда интересно обнаруживать полезные вещи, разные пути жизни, знакомится с разными людьми, пробовать разную еду, слушать разные музыкальные ритмы.
Те, кто живет в деревне нравится ездить в большие города (в большой город) и проводить свое время, посещая музеи, художественные галереи, смотреть на витрины магазинов и обедать в экзотических ресторанов. А городским жителям обычно нравится спокойный отпуск у моря или в горах, ничего не делая гулять или лежать на солнце.
Большинство путешественников берут собой камеру, они обожают снимать все, что их интересует: достопримечательности города, старые церкви и замки, горные пейзажи, озера, долины, равнины, водопады, леса, разные виды деревьев, цветы и растения, животные и птицы. Возможно, спустя года эти фотографии напомнят им счастливое время, которое у них было.
Существует различные способы путешествий. Люди путешествуют на поезде, на самолете, на судне и на машине. Все способы путешествий имеют свои достоинства и недостатки и люди выбирают один в соответствии с их планами назначения и личными предпочтениями.
Если мы любим путешествовать, мы изучаем и видим много вещей, которые мы никогда не увидим и не изучим дома, хотя мы можем прочитать о них в книгах и газетах и видеть их картинки по телевизору. Самый лучший способ изучать географию – это путешествовать, и самый лучший способ узнать и понять людей- это знакомиться с ними в их родных домах.
