Тема урока: «UFO»

Цель: сформировать умения изучающего чтения с последующим монологическим высказываем по заданной теме

Задачи урока:

Образовательная: развитие иноязычной коммуникативной компетенции по теме «UFO »;

Развивающая: развитие информативной компетенции, развитие логики, памяти; эмоциональной, интеллектуальной и мотивационной сфер личности студентов.

Воспитательная: развитие общекультурной компетенции,воспитание интереса к иноязычной культуре, любознательности, ценностно-смысловой компетенции, толерантности.

Познавательная: развитие умения аудирования с детальным пониманием аудиотекста; совершенствование навыков употребления лексики в речи по теме «UFO »; совершенствование умения диалогической речи посредством использования интерактивных методов обучения; развитие умения монологической речи.

Тип учебного занятия: введения новых знаний

Оборудование и дидактический материал: мультимедийный проектор, экран, персональный компьютер, слайд – презентация, раздаточный материал.

Read the headlines. What do you think happened in these incidents? -Now look at the title of the text. What do you expect to read about?   -Before listening and reading let’s look through the list of words that can be unfamiliar to you. Each of you has cards with words. Some are written for you but some you should try to guess.   -Repeat after me! Now look at the blackboard and try to guess the meaning of the following words.     -Your books page 69, ex. 3. Look through the missing sentences from the text.   -Listen to the text and try to fill in the missing sentences.   -Ok, now answer my question: which purpose does the article serve? Page 69, ex.5, 6   -Find key words and phrases that can help you to present a short summary of the main events of the article. (work in pairs)   - Now I would like you to watch a video which can help you to get useful information about this unusual town.   -The next point of our work is grammar. Please, look at the blackboard and explain the difference between sentences.   -Find examples from the article   -Think about your own examples and fill in the table in each tense.   Now let’s summarize the information from the the article and from the video to prepare a small talk about this unusual American town     Students share their opinions     Students work with the words     Students listen to the text and complete the missing sentences   Students answer the main question   Students find key words and phrases     Students watch the video and then discuss it   Students work with cards, explain the rule, find examples from the text  
Заключительный этап     Рефлексия   Домашнеезадание You have done lots of work to learn information and speak about this unusual American town. What did you like most in our lesson? What has impressed you most? But if there is any information about any Russian city or town which will be connected with aliens? That will be your home task to find information and then to tell your group some facts about aliens in Russian cities or towns.
