Some people who have been studying the problems connected with environment say that the whole world we live in driven by the energy of our Sun. The Sun emits ultraviolet radiation which we cannot see, but we feel its effect all the time when we are out of doors. Some of this ultraviolet light can be very dangerous to people, because can cause sun burn and cancer of skin. Ozone is very important to us in the upper atmosphere, since it absorbs much of the ultraviolet radiation coming to us from the Sun.
