Введение

 

Целью домашних контрольных работ по учебной дисциплине «Иностранный язык» (английский) является овладение студентами лингвистическими и лингвострановедческими знаниями, как общего характера, так и профессионально-ориентированными, а также закрепление и совершенствование основных навыков и умений речевой деятельности.

Перечень планируемых результатов обучения по дисциплине указан в рабочей программе дисциплины.

Методические рекомендации по выполнению контрольной работы

 

Каждый студент должен выполнить контрольную работу в установленные сроки. Контрольная работа предлагается в 2 вариантах.

Студенту необходимо выбрать свой вариант контрольной работы по таблице определения вариантов домашних контрольных работ.

Выполнять контрольную работу следует в печатном виде.

Контрольные задания должны быть выполнены в той последовательности, в которой они даны в контрольной работе.

Прежде чем выполнять контрольные задания, проработайте следующие разделы:

The House That Jack Built

Jack Baines is a self-made millionaire, but his beginnings were very lowly. He was the youngest of eight children. His father had a job in the cotton mills of Blackburn, Lancashire in the 1920's, but he was often unable _________due to poor health. London Eye
