In Russia, there are universities that offer dual degrees, one of them is Russian diploma and the other is of the partner.

There is a joint master`s program of Clark University and of Astrakhan State University.
Nowadays one of ASU’s first-priority educational projects is to implement international Master’s programs. Since 2007, an agreement on joint Master’s programs between Clark University (USA, Massachusetts) and Astrakhan State University (Astrakhan, Russia) has been in force.
During the first three months, the students are taught in Russian, but they have to cover an intense course of English. During the next two terms, all the disciplines are taught in English. During the 4th and the 5th terms, the students may study right at Clark University in the United States; they can also get professional training at American companies.
Upon the completion of the programs, graduates are granted two diplomas at once: an American Master’s diploma and a diploma of the Russian standard.
