- the vessel is fully suitable/workable for the shipment of steel billets

- vessel holds/steel tanktops are cleaned, free of loose rust/loose scale/previous cargo

- vessel shall supply at all ports at all times free of charge lighting for night work in the holds, as on board.

- owners/vessel shall not change class and/or flag and/or PandI during this voyage

- owners warrant that vessel is in all respects eligible for trading to the ports, places and/or countries specified in this charter-party and that at all necessary times vessel and records and other documents required for such trade.

- owners gtee that the vsl at all times has onboard valid certs and capacity plans, calibration and trim tables

- all vessel's documentation in due course during the voyage

- owners warrant that officers and crew comply in all respect with the requirements of IMO convention. loss or damage or delay clause by failure on the part of the company to comply with the IMO convention shall be for owners account and time laytime or time on demurrage will not count.
