Modern homes have become accustomed to build in a very simple style, without any additional architectural elements and design excesses. The present houses are buildings with classic straight walls and an ordinary gable (sometimes flat) roof.

This architectural solution can significantly reduce the number of sources for heat leakage to the outside, thereby increasing the energy efficiency of the house, which saves on its heating.

 

The choice of material for decoration, its type and color, should also be based on the final result, it should be in harmony not only with the surrounding territory, but also with the building itself, with its base, roof, windows and other elements.

The modern building market represents a wide range of various finishing materials, various colors and shades. Thanks to this, today everyone has the opportunity to realize the brightest and most interesting design solutions.

The appearance of the building can mainly distinguish it from other buildings due to the bright, original facade, and well-chosen decoration, as is known, can visually increase the size of the house. Bright new colors can be used for the entire facade, and to highlight specific parts of the house.

For example, if you want a house in a classic style, you need to combine the white facade with red tile, and for the modern style it will be enough to emphasize some elements of the building with a dark color or to trim them with another material, different from the main one.

Modern facades of houses have one distinctive feature, which lies in the fact that now for their decoration are very often used cold shades.

The leading place is taken by white color, however, black and gray colors and their various shades, ranging from silver to graphite, are also in high demand.

Here, for the design of the general plan, the construction site was chosen by a computer program. To do this, demolish the old low-rise buildings. The construction site was chosen at the intersection of Ryskulov and Abay streets. Master Plan tied to these streets.
